Tired

I am pretty tired. I'm not getting great sleep. You would think being away from the little ones would help enable some better sleep, nope. If anything I just miss them and it stresses me out. I get better sleep at home. Coffee is my friend. Now that I am totally done nursing I can have as much as I want, which usually means 2-3 cups a morning. I never have caffeine in the afternoons, so bad for you. If I do, it is the occasional glass of iced tea. I am trying to do all water. The end of nursing was last week. I decided to do it verrrrrrryyyyy slloooowwww since each and every time I cut out a feeding, I got some form of clog and it was horrible for me. I did it the right way! Cause all is good and Skylar seems just fine with getting a bottle for the night time lay down. Yes, we are weening the bottle slowly as well. It took Blair till 2.5 years and he is FINE AND he has been the the dentist (it'll be twice in a couple of months actually) and the dentist says his teeth look great!

I think I am going to sign up for the Tinkerbell half for next year. Obviously this year is out since it is in January. March would have been doable for training, January, not so much. I really want to do it and if I am going to run a marathon (even if it is only a half) I want to do it at DISNEY WORLD!! I am going to inform the rest of the fam that they are expected to be there to cheer me on. Tee Hee. I already told my mom this morning, she's in. 14 Months is a way's off, but if it is anything like this past year, it'll fly by anyhow. I REALLY want to do a half and I am doing nothing but getting older, I would like to do a whole one day, but I know that I need to do some shorter runs prior to anything like that. Also, I just don't know how much I can fit that kind of training into my schedule. I've done 7-8 miles at a time, so I know I am capable of pushing through to a half. Also, my other goal is a Mud Run. TOTALLY wanna do a MUD RUN!!! Now if I could just find others to do it with me! I keep wanting to get some friends of ours to do it but keep forgetting to ask. We could call ourselves 'The Muddy Aviators'! I was going to ask Chris's friend Kevin and his wife and our friend Jacen and his girlfriend. I think it would be perfect. We'll see. It's a long shot as these boys have the most insane schedules EVER.

Ok, gotta get to it! Bring on the cold!

You took Blair to the dentis?!?! How did he do?? Did he like it or fight it? I'm so nervous about doing that with Aiden. I've been putting it off. I also want to take him to a pediatric dentist since I know he will struggle with a stranger looking in his mouth. Hopefully that will get better after we've gone a few times. UGH, so not looking forward to that.

Yeah! We were late doing it...should have gone at like 18 months to two years. He and Skylar both have appointements in February for a checkup, let me know if you want to join us, we could take them all together. I have the GREATEST PEDIATRIC DENTIST OFFICE EVER. Not far from Files' office. They do not do a full cleaning until they are closer to 4. So, the sooner you go the better, they really just go through the motions and get him used to sitting in the chair and looking in his mouth. This is why we are starting Skylar with it now so that she'll be used to the routine BEFORE they use the scary cleaner, etc. ALso, I noticed it REALLY helped with getting him to brush his teeth volunteerily each day and night. He has taken more 'ownership' in the activity.
